Doing Q&As with colleagues is a great way to get to know each other better, incorporating a mixture of fun and business type questions. It is also a good opportunity to really think about the questions and have discussions about the answers. For us, we are very different in lots of ways but also have a lot of similarities and even though we are sisters we still learn a lot about each other!
Sunny wishes,
Jo & Vic
