The start of 2024 has been a busy one, both inside and outside the JV world. We thought we’d have a bit of fun answering some questions about ourselves, so you can get to know us a little bit better!

  • What do you love most about working for JV?

J - Choosing our own work schedule, and having lots of laughs!

V - The variety of clients and flexibility of working. 


  • What’s the biggest challenge of working for JV?

J - The responsibility of being in charge of social media accounts, which are really important assets for our clients. 

V - Managing client expectations. 


  • What are the most valuable skills you think the other person brings to the business?

J - Vic is great at talking to people and she’s fab at keeping up to date with trends too!

V - Super duper organisation, Jo doesn’t miss ANYTHING.




Lastly, here’s an insight into our personal lives!


  • What would your perfect Sunday look like?

J - Make pancakes for breakfast and snuggle with the dogs, then head out on a long adventure walk. Bake a cake to share with family, do some fun training sessions with the dogs then cook one of my favourite recipes for dinner. 

V - Long morning dog walk with a coffee and croissant. The afternoon would be spent working on our van conversion, finished off with a Sunday roast with family.

J - Vet

  • What’s something you’ve always wanted to learn but haven’t yet?

J - First aid 

V - Spanish


  • If you could pick a superpower, what would it be?

J - Invisibility 

V - Super speed 



Doing Q&As with colleagues is a great way to get to know each other better, incorporating a mixture of fun and business type questions. It is also a good opportunity to really think about the questions and have discussions about the answers. For us, we are very different in lots of ways but also have a lot of similarities and even though we are sisters we still learn a lot about each other!
