Reflecting on 2021

As a whole, for almost everyone, 2021 came with its incredible highs along with some very unwelcome lows. Starting up and running our very own business gave us back a real focus, drive and purpose, allowing us to fully explore our creativity.

Our year went something like this:

Jan: Let’s just go for it, what have we got to lose. Social channels and a basic website created.

Feb: We had our first ‘one-off’ job clients, a few photoshoots and social strategy packages.

Mar: Our first two contracts signed.

Apr: Had our very own logo created.

May: Created a promo video for the opening of the new Foodbank site in Colchester.

June: Took on more clients and did some site visits.

July: Expanded our skill set by working on different projects.

August: Had a brand new website created to fit with our branding.

Sept: Reached capacity at that time for long-term clients.

Oct: Worked to fine tune our strategy.

Nov: Mad rush of final Christmas preparations.

Dec: What a year!

2022: Collaborate, grow and develop.

From learning to run a small business to navigating a global pandemic, our brains have well and truly been stretched. We are very much looking forward to a little break over Christmas, to come back ready to take on 2022.
